While I partially agree with the content of your long spew, I would like to introduce you to a sycronym that I learnt at Bialla WNB, "NATO". No it does not stand for North Atlantic Treaty Organisation, it stands for No Action Talk Only. Most of your discussion is based on history, we need to have constructive discussions on moving Enga forward. You haven't provided an alternative. Ohhh yeah, I agree any effort to involve us all who want to lay down our lives for Enga should be free on political influence.

We do not need too many professionals or those prominent Engans that are already in the system (I mean the public service machinery in PNG) to change our swit home. The system in PNG is corrupt and those who are in there already are corrupt themselves either intentionally or by accident as some may put. I have never seen a single person stood up and won the heart of the ordinary people...therefore, I wouldn't even think about inviting one of them to this proposed forum/association we are dreaming of. This forum should be made-up of Engans who changed themselves in the way they think and act...someone who as personally changed and the person living next to you knows that you are a true patriotic and independent changed person.
Before we jump up and down with all these sweat talks, we have to check ourselves out! We all know Enga and PNG are doomed these days and there seems to be no hope. Before writing all the good ideas, let's check ourselves and see if we truly are changed ourselves...then the people will see that change and follow suit.
Let's get the basic facts of ourselves right before we think about changing someone else in this case Enga.
I still believe an Engan will change Enga and PNG.
