I guess there are a lot of loopholes in Enga. I have no reaction to what you said. I would love to read and critique on it but so far I have none. However, I have two points to make: 1. You said: "the school fees being paid is a squandering of money in the name of free education, which does not benefit the total population of Enga". How can you justify a poor villager who has two children in school which the "free education" has relieved their burden? 2. Are you this Fr.
