I am looking forward to those figs and the cuttings!!! I wish it wasn't so dang hot. One of these days we are going to make that trip to your place! Anything out there to photograph? That would give Randy more incentive ya know.. How is BJ? She handling the heat better than me I'll bet!!
Whew, I can't stay out more than 30 minutes and I'm drinched with sweat and can hardly breathe. Yesterday it was 102* with the humidity of 80%. Some very transparent overcast but it was there. Just enough to make it feel swelting out. Heat index was 110*. I bet I could have cooked and egg on the ground. I went out and hosed the pens down for the birds. It doesn't seem to bother them that much. They have nice pens and under some big oak tree so they are fairing well! Un like me. Well, Gotta go help Randy with some stuff. Going to Lowe's today to pick up more bird supplied. ( For the pens and brooders. Trying to get everything set up for next years eggs and chicks God willing! I'll be chattin with you again soon. Glad you had fun this past week. 2 days of partying.. Whew!!! Would have worn me out for sure! See ya!!
