Terrific!! I am delighted to see u over here. I must admit...this site's content is bit neglected!

I love your "fluffy" description! Oh don't we all feel that way! LOL! So is Autumrose as slim as ever? hehe! When I met her I was sooo huge! Now I am eating huge and getting small! that is basically what I am doing in a nutshell...oh yes, and enormous, huge visualizing! I have a new "book of shadows" so to speak. I always wrote down all my spells and rituals. It made them real. Writing and saying the words brought them into this realm. Now I write things in a weighloss journal as well that brings my vision for myself into reality...a little more every day. I write down every single thing I eat and what i do for excercise...what moods I am in and other pertinent info. I write down the things I want to bring into reality, such as, "I am slim and healthy!" When I do my circles I sometimes energize candles with these affirmations as well, but mainly I visualize like crazy.

So tell us what we can do to support you in your weightloss journey. We are here for you! You know what they say about even the longest journey beginning with a single step! Well you just took that single step....you came here! Congratulations!
