Moon....wow that is fantastic progress!! And Khat....what a great way to start off with a lb less!

The thing I am having the hardest time with of late is finding time for food prep and to eat!! It really takes planning ahead and sometimes just putting your foot down that you have to do what you have to do! I have been hard-boiling a bunch of eggs every few days and then when I am desperate, I have the egg whites (yes, I toss the yolks!!) like 1 or 2 egg whites as a tide-me-over or snack. Egg whites are pure protein and only 15 calories per egg white. I am keeping lots of crisp apples around as well, and take one with me if I go out just in case I am out longer than I plan...so I have a healthy snack. With winter here, I am into all sorts of flavored decaf coffees...hazelnut, choc rasp, choc almond, french vanilla, irish cream, etc.

I discovered something....I look really slimmer in tights!! you know the kind with lycra? With cold weather here, try wearing tights and body suits under your clothes for added warmth and a real slimming effect! You can even wear those low-rise jeans or jog pants when wearing a body suit with some good ole lycra for the old tumm-tumm! LOL! It will even smooth out the rolls in one's back. Yup, yup. Makes for a great morale boost.
