as far as Thanksgiving goes (for us state-side folk) there isn't much you can't make low-cal and sans the bad fat. For the stuffing, use lots of veggies...celery, onion, mushrooms, use apples too....and use lite bread which you toast first (to keep its volumne). Use non-stick olive oil spray and sage and pepper. For the cranberry sauce, try making your own using splenda, and orange rind, with gellatin. But a non-injected bird that isn't injected with butter. Sweet poptatoes or yams are great with butter spray and either a touch of splenda or a dab of fat free sour cream. BTW the walmart brand of FF sour cream is less calories than Breakstone and tastes better to boot! Make a big salad, and serve a tray of crudities like celery and radishes.

The sugar-free pie sounds great!
