Very glad to see your post! that is great progress! Hooray for you! Mine is soooo slow now. Drips and drabs. But I managed to lose a 1/2 lb this week, bringing my loss to date to 81 + 1/2 lbs. It is hard to have come so far and still feel like there is such a long road ahead. Just trying to be patient. It was very encouraging to see your post. Thanks, I needed that.

I have done that in the past....gone power-walking in the mall. The problem is that our local mall is so small it means I have to make the circumphrence like 5 and a half times to power-walk for 30 minutes. LOL! You feel really really noticed. I can't wait for the warm weather. We are having another ice storm and the schools closed yet again with the kids home. The woods out back look like a faery wonderland of white lacey branches. I am pondering looking into a gym. Not sure yet.
