A huge welcome back!!! Listen, do not minimize your 4 lb loss since January. Progress is progress, let me tell you. There will be times you will long for such a big loss when things seem really stuck. That is just the way it is. I used to always have to have losses and big ones to stay motivated. But the real magick is just plain staying with it no matter what.

I have heard and read really good things about curves. All of the basics are there and the 3 day a week 30 minutes program is very very logical and sound. Combining the strength training with short 10 minute aerobics is very effective and brings fast results and continual ones. If you want to join something, that is probably the best thing to join I know of. I have pondered it myself often. But if you do join, don't rely on your friend's commitment to go regularly and stay with it...do it for you no matter what she does week by week, etc. I will be very interested in hearing about their food plan further as the part I am more familiar with is their excercise plan.

So good to see you back and hearing you are doing good things for yourself!

hug!
Dreemy
