This morning...I had a lovely egg beater omelette with no salt canned mushrooms and chopped green onions...and a few dashes of tabasco. Campbells soup is not the only thing that is Mmm Mmm Good! I also had a half of an Atkins bagel with a teaspoon of neufchatel cheese on it. I dont think I even hit 300 calories with that breakfast.
For much I had a banana. I know this is not very much but honestly I was still so full from breakfast I didnt want to eat anything at all but knew I needed to eat something. yes it was starchy but oh well, I had to have a fruit and the banana needed to be eaten before it got funky.
For dinner, I had a piece of bakked Tilapia fish and a nice helping of broccoli. Again I was full so could not eat anymore.
I get paid on Thursday so I am gonna go and stock up on the good stuff so I can have lots of varieties again. The Tilapia I get is relatively inexpensive because it is frozen but it is really good and tastes fresh when I bake it. cant think of the brand name right now but I believe they also have salmon as well...frozen yes, but I can afford it that way.
So Yay. I am getting straightened out.
BTW Dreemy. I have a bag of frozen cat fish fillets in my freezer. non breaded of course. I know slamon is really the best thing for me to eat...but I need to use the catfish up. Any ideas on cooking methods? I was thinking just thawing and baking with lemon juice, spray "butter", and garlic and lemon pepper.....the way I do my Tilapia.

Love and hugs
