Hi all, I was just on the Weight Watchers website reading about Sarah, The Duchess of York's, weight loss and her story. One of the things she used to help her when the cravings hit was an "anchor". She used her ring or a chestnut/buckeye and would focus on it instead of her craving. She managed to bypass the craving this way and control her binges. I was just wondering what type of stone (or crystal) would work to strengthen the spirit, gain control over ones "needs/cravings" or otherwise be of assistance in a trying time (for weightloss or any other reason). Maybe having this "anchor" would be a help for me. Anyone have a suggestion?
