I am soooo happy to see this up and running! Good job Dreemy!

I have to wait until Thursday to weigh in at my meeting, but I did cheat and weigh myself at work yesterday. I think I've lost a couple more pounds. It sure is slow going but I guess that's the way to do it to keep it off. I've yo-yo'd up and down almost my whole life. I want something permanent, a complete change in attitude about food and meals. I've got a couple friends who have also joined Weight-watchers with me so there's an extra incentive to keep on going.
