This is great! I am glad to hear you are feeling motivated for the long haul. I did the old version of weight watchers years ago. I do better when it's not too complicated. I am eating a lot of raw veggies and lean protein sources and some fruit...especially grapefruit, now. 15 lbs down so far. The hardest thing seems to be finding the time to exercise and to prepare the food at the right times. It is sheer grit of will to do it, and insist that others wait and that I make this a priority. I have to stamp my foot a little and say.....tough....this is mom's health at stake you guys!

One real biggy for me this week was that I got my wedding ring back on my finger! isn't it awfull....I got to fat to get it on!! The next milestone will be my diamond getting back on that finger next to it!!! I had to hook my bras over to the inside hooks, and I had to throw away a bunch of undies that were too baggy and bought new ones. I only spent 88 cents a piece for them at walmart since I don't plan on staying that size either! A couple of pairs of shorts that were too tight now fit, also.

I have literally boxes and boxes of beautiful skinny clothes that I hope to fit back into.....including a white embroidered ritual gown I haven't fit into in years. That will be a really big event for me.....perhaps I can start constructing a ritual for when I reach my goal weight?!!
