Gosh goly gee...it's great to see you here! Hooray for the 10 lbs less of you sister-o-mine! I have to adjust the diet I have posted under "Dreemy's dream diet" since I found that to keep on loosing I had to add more food and.....can you believe this!! GRAPEFRUIT!! Yes, that's right....the old standby from way back when. I eat a half with every meal and the lbs started dropping off again....go figure! Well, now that I know you are coming around let us pray hard for cooler temps so I can tollerate the 3rd floor where the computer is and add more to this site!
