Subject: More on the OEB's

OK...I have no idea why I can't avoid the occassional stumble and subsequent OEB's... but I have a few things to report:

I would like feedback from ya'all...do you also experience these negative effects with your OEB's?

During that night:
*restless/uncomfortable sleep
*bad dreams

Next day:
*headache
*stiffness
*grogginess
*feeling more hungry than if you had not overeaten the day/night before
*congestion

My 'binges' are pretty much only at night when I 'fall'. I tend to do great all day long. I seem most prone to falling off my wagon when I am tired in addition to stress/anxiety. That combo seems pretty lethal. What i end up eating is usually healthy foods like zoe granola, handfulls of 7-grain organic cereal, strawberries, but basically the starchy carbs. So the symptoms I am describing are a reaction to the starch in my system, especially late at night.

The biggest 'cure' to any urge to splurge for me is going in my closet and trying on a bunch of things that almost fit or don't fit yet. It keeps me really honest as well as motivated.

hugs,
Dreemy
