HAHA I love both analogies (BOING and "taking a vacation"). I seem to be back on track. My biggest problem is my sweet tooth. I loooooooove ice cream, especially now that the weather is getting warmer (SLOWLY!!) where I live. I'm trying to "invent" sweet treats that I can have that aren't as caloric. I love the Silouhette "Skinny Cow" ice cream sandwiches. I top them with fat-free Cool Whip and fresh fruit. The dessert looks huge in the bowl so I'm tricking myself into thinking I'm having a giant sundae. The other problem is eating late. During the week, this isn't an issue but on the weekends I work late at a restaurant. By the time I get to eat, it's usually at least 10pm. They cook me healthy things, like vegetables and tofu stirfry, but it's still so late and sets off cravings to much late when I get home on things like popcorn or one of my faux sundaes!! And the waitressing works up an appetite. I'm not so sure what to do about this problem. Any suggestions?

Tuesday is weigh-in...let's cross fingers!

Peace,
Scarlet
