It's a very tough choice. After reading them all, I still believe "Love is Blind" to be the strongest story, but "What She Deserves" is certainly the most timely.

I liked "Double Spiked," but I think its appeal will be lost on anyone outside of B/S 'shippers, since ability to enjoy it depends so heavily on how much you like reading Spuffy sex scenes.

I'm voting for "What She Deserves." It presents a strong, compassionate, likable Buffy, and I think would have the most appeal for readers from the other groups.

Due to time constraints, I don't think I will be able to finish "Love is Blind", but I thoroughly agree with ScarletNicky that in terms of appreciation of B/S for other shippers and non-shippers, "What She Deserves" far outweighs "Double Spiked".

In addition, I think the writing in Herself's story is of higher quality, and I like the characterization of Buffy better [she comes off ditzy to me in "Double Spiked"]. As well, I think her Spike reveals what many fans think this character's motivation is and depth of his remorse about the AR and his feelings for Buffy.

B/S fanfic usually are mostly angsty...I enjoyed the originality of "Double Spiked"!
