Subject: Groups, the clock is ticking....tick....tock....tick....tock

Everyone who has the email address of a memberof their group should email them tonight and remind them that the message board is up and the theime is drawing near to have your group recomendation ready for Juniork to place on our website.

I will be emailing everyone tonight to remind them the deadline is coming.

For the larger groups I have an idea. it's just something I've thrown around my head a bit, nothing that is final. What would some of you say JuniorK and I to pick three people from your group to choose the fic for the month, and then three new people next month? Three people can come to a choice quicker than a group if you are having a hard time getting everything together. Or would your group like to choose the three people? I'm just tossing ideas. Maybe some of you don't want to recommend fics, but just read and you have people whose opinions of quality fic you respect. That would be cool. What do you think?

JuniorK, your ideas on helping the voters?

Once again, everyone get the word out. We are nearing the deadline!!!!

If every team has chosen a leader? (BS did)

Everyone mail your choice out of team
nominations to the leader. If you don't
sent an email to the TeamLeader by the deadline
you don't get a vote.

If it's a tie, the team leader can toss a coin.
