Well, looks like the staff came in here with a big broom and swept up all the confetti, squashed horns, spilled beer, and teen agnst. I guess all those great NDI stories have been tossed in the trash. Bummer!

Ah well, guess we'll have to start all over then. Let's see...it's been a busy year for The New Duncan Imperials! After a rockin' New Year's Eve at Gunther Murphy's, they played a gig in Milwaukee in mid Feb with a guest band over from the Netherlands, The Noble Spirits. There was a lot of trashy love in Milwaukee that night...all four bands that played did a cover of "Mystery Date!"

Goodtime & Skipper's other rockin' group, The Goldstars played several gigs around the midwest with The Noble Sprits in February too. Double Door in Chicago, Otto's in DeKalb, Viele's Planet in Springfield to name only a few (pictures and video coming to The Goldstars and NDI websites soon).

Then NDI capped February off with a whirlwind tour of Holland thanks to The Noble Spirits and Animal Records! Thanks to Pravda Records, Animal Records, and NDI...I got to tag along on that little adventure and I'm working nite and day (between gigs) to get an account with pictures and video up here for ya.

Then just last weekend...POW...NDI played another fantastic, megatronic, jam fest in Madison, Wisconsin at Great Dane's Pub. Which I also have pics from. But that ain't all folks...The Goldstars are playing at Cal's Bar in Chicago on April 4th then at Subterranean on April 18th for the International Pop Overthrow Festival. Then NDI plays again on April 24th at Gunther Murphy's again also for the IPO Fest.

So, I guess it doesn't matter if we lost all the funny, old posts on this little message board. NDI keeps busy enough for us to fill it right up again. See ya at the gigs!!
