...Heading to the Tampa area of Flordia on Monday for a few days to visit with my relatives, uncle-aunt and cousins, etc.

...last year, I brought my knowledge of mozzerella making to them, and it was a whole lot of fun. We made several batches of cheese and the experience was very tasty. About 6 months ago, I "casually" mentioned that I want to learn about "smoking", which my cousin-in-law is quite proficient....Well, they have a full day already planned out for smoking, with detailed lessons on their outdoor smoker...can't wait. I'll check out cousin Al's smoker construction and duplicate if possible, if not a commercially made smoker MAY be on my next want list....till then, have a "grate' week.
