We had some snow in December, and then more came in January. Lots of snowy/slushy days, too -- sometimes enough to close school, sometimes enough to just cause a delay. There's been more snow this year and last than in many years past. (Last year, Gumdrop's school year was pushed almost to the end of June because of all the snow days.)

The family's doing grate, thanks. We're all still chugging along. I feel the same as you do about Bush. I at least hoped he wouldn't do as much damage as he has. (Or should I say, as much damage as he lets Rove, Rumsfeld and Cheney do.) I pray (literally) that this country gets on a better path, and soon.

Sounds like you have a beautiful home! I hope you and the family are doing well. How are the kids? Does that little girl still have you wrapped around her finger?

I know what you mean about the food here...Really, you can get just about anything you want to eat in Jersey. If I moved too far away, I'd worry that I couldn't get decent pizza. In some parts of the country, they think Domino's is good! Eeewwww. I'm too much of a pizza snob to put up with that.
