I love a good stuffing for fish. What do you put in it besides the clams? Bread cubes, herbs, etc.?

Stuffing also works really well in trout. I think that's among my favorite meals -- a nicely stuffed fresh trout, baked just right. The meat is so delicate and tender.

I found a grate recipe for a wonderful shrimp and fresh corn bisque. I've been subscribing to Cooking Light magazine because I'm always on the lookout for tasty recipes that won't knock me out of the ballpark, diet-wise. Anyway, this one is really good -- not too heavy and creamy, which to my thinking works best with the shrimp. Do you like bisque, Tom? Seafood is pretty high on your list, as I recall.
