...they went out of Homer, Alaska...the halibut fishing capitol of Alaska. The big salmon fishing (I think) is further north-west nearer Saskatchawan (excuse the spelling}

...Tilapia, I love it, kids love it. here's what I do:
I pre-cook a clam stuffing and sandwich it between two fillets. Tightly roll it in tin foil and bake for maybe 15 minutes...the fish holds the tube shape after cooking which is the presentation I'm going for. The clam stuffing works really well with the mild tilapia, giving off a mighty tasty zing.
