Subject: "Comical Ali" LIVES! And in true fashion he's trying to surrender. But...

The Allied forces won't arrest him. They say he isn't on the "wanted" list so they don't want to get involved with him.

I'm glad he's alive, I'm looking forward to seeing him do the talk show circut. You know they are already offering him money for exclusives.
