Dear Vicky,

In HTML tags, BR is a line break, P is a new paragraph. BR outputs one line (forces a new line), while P will almost always skip a line. Thus, to get a blank line BEFORE the HR you will want to use BRs before the HR. (HR is a horizontal line).

Give the following a shot:
<BR><BR><HR><BR><BR>

Notice we put out two line breaks, the HR line, then two more line breaks. Alternately, this may work:
<P><HR><P>
Feel free to play around. :) Good luck.

Sincerely,
Brandon
