I loved the photo of you and jake! now I have a visual when I think of you! everyone else is still a blank. So is your name molly? Anyway about your problems. long distance relationships are tuff, they can do two things ether make you realize that you love each other more than you realized or that you didn't care as much as you thought that you did. You and jake need to sit down and talk about your feelings for each other, this however can be very heart wrenching especially if the feelings aren't mutual. as an old married woman I have had many relationships were ether I was in love and the guy wasn't or the opposite. these are less likely to work as the person less in love will always be searching for someone else. If you plan to move away it would not be fare on ether of you to expect loyalty from the other. also (and this is the part that I wish I didn't have to say) from what you have said, it sounds like Jake is still looking for his idea of the perfect girl. Anyway sweetie sounds like you have to make some decisions.
