Subject: The song is "Only Hope" and... I'm not entirely sure that I understand your question, but, yes it is Mandy singing, but no, it is not on her CD, it is only on the AWTR soundtrack and was actually written and originally produced by Switchfoot.

Hey, The song off the play is a real song by mandy moore and it is called only hope. You can download it.
