  Ok so of COURSE i luved the movie and i cant stop listening to "ONLY HOPE" but seriously the movie somewhat makes me depressed cause its like are there any real relationships like that? I've never seen a guy act like that, do u think they really have guys like that!?

  • Personally, I am a hopeless romantic, and I believe that yes, guys can act like that, and true love really does exist. In fact, I am faced with the presence of it in my day-to-day life. (ie. I know people who are in love, like in AWTR. They are so lucky in that respect...) I know that it does exist, just probably not until you're older... how old are you? I'm fourteen.   I finally KNOW! In the newly released Special Expanded Edition of the AWTR soundtrack, it has the entire quote as stated in the movie, and states that it is from the New Jeruselum Bible, Copyright 1985 by Doubleday, a division of Random House, Inc. and Darton, Longman, and Todd, Ltd.
  
  BTW go out and get this CD right away - it has, in addition to the normal soundtrack, Cannonball(The breeders), Friday on my Mind (Noogie), and Empty Spaces (Fuel). (aka the beginning song, the song when they comment on Jamie's dress, and the song he's listening to on the bus.) And it says it has some dialogue in Only Hope but I haven't heard it yet.

  Hey guys! I don't know if anyone can help me but I hope so. I got "A Walk to Remember" from a library, and I have never read it or seen the movie. The problem is, a few lines on a page are ripped off. I am an avid reader, and this bugs me :) I would like to stop reading until I can see what this part says.   I was sick this past Monday and Tuesday and therefore stayed home from school both days, so I've been busy catching up with my work, which I did so it's all good now. lol. Last night I went to the first home football game of the season, and had a little problem with one friend but I really don't care about her, seeing as she's the only one out of many who had to act that way, so she's insignificant. (Heh, I sound so mean...oh well. She is such an unmentionable.)
  
  I have a wedding to go to today, so I'm excited!!! =D hehe, I LOVE weddings. And how's this for coolness - the people don't need the limo for an hour sometime during the reception, so my sister, the kid who lives next door to us, and I get it to ourselves that whole time!!! Wowness, I can't wait!! lol. (Remember the kid whose trampoline we used to always jump on during the summer? It's his older sister who's getting married. So of course he's the one we're riding in the limo with.) I've never been in a limo so yeah, I'm really really looking forward to tonight!
  
  Geezums, it's 8:25 in the morning here and 43 DEGREES outside!! Not cool! Brrrrrr... luckily it's not cold in the house. Why can't I live in Florida?! (Okay, I take that back, b/c of Hurricane Isabel...did it hit there at all? I heard the first place it hit on the east coast was actually North Carolina!)

  Hi everyone....its really nice to find an up to date fan forum for the breathtaking movie A walk to remember......I dont want to bore u all by going on about the film but I watched it for the first time quite recently while i was and still am ill from work. It sounds corny I know but i never thought that a film could change a persons life.....in so much as not taking everything for granted and realising that the most simple things in life can be the most satisfying......anyone i dont need to sell this to you i am sure you all feel the same. Anyway my point as well as to meet you all in this forum is to ask anyone about getting my hands on A walk to remember memorabilia. I have scoured the net and have practically worn out ebay....i just recently lost two auctions for some magazine clippings from the film. I have brought both US and UK (thats where i am from) orginal posters but i cannot find any genuine photographs from the film for sale. I am also interested in buying any props from the film...but i know these are rare....just out of interest I own the pink sweater that Landon gives Jamie as a present..... Anyway i would be grateful for any help anyone can offer on locating items and have enjoyed reading bits about you all....hope to speak soon...take care x Foxy

  First of all,i would like to say that i'm so happy to have found this forum.I live in belgium and not many people saw the movie so i thought i was the only one crazy about this movie.I'm glad to see i was wrong ;o)
  Everything in this movie is so perfect!The actors are perfect together and so cute.I never saw anything so romantic.I'm totally obsessed by this movie,i can't help seeing it all the time.But i'm sure you all understand what i feel.
  I really hope they will put deleted scene on the dvd.
  And i wanted to ask if somebody could tell me the song landon is hearing in his headphones when jamie come to talk to him in the schoolbus?

In fact today, I went out and bought the DVD, the book and the sound track and am working on learning the songs.I was however dissapointed that "Lighthouse" wasn't on the soundtrack and I cant find the MP3 anywhere!
