For ANY of the multiple fans who need it.

Anyone who needs the "Love is" thing from Jamie and Landon's wedding:
It is a passage from the bible, 1 Corinthians 13.4. The movie version of the passage (some bibles say it slightly differently, in fact, I haven't yet found one that says it the way they did in the movie) is below here.

Love is always patient and kind.
It is never Jealous.
Love is never boastful or concieted.
It is never rude or selfish.
It does not take offense.
It is never resentful.
Love takes no pleasure in other people's sins, but delights in the truth.
It is always ready to excuse, to trust, to hope, and to endure
Whatever comes.

The passage from the movie isnt from a bible, because when Landon(shane west) reads the passage to Jaime(mandy moore) she tells him that it isn't a bible.... I just thought you might like to know.

Jamie only said that it was not a bible but it had different sayings, quotes, and stuff. so her mother could have just copied it off the bible.

and also in the end during the wedding, jamie's father read it from the bible

If you look in the passage in the bible, you can see that the passage they read in the movie is the same.... it is just in a different 'version' to make it easier to understand so that people would get the point of what it was trying to say, it makes the movie better i think, it is a beautiful passage from the bible.
