Date Posted: 04:30:06 10/01/02 Tue In reply to: anonymous 's message, "If the noteholders want to breakeven on shares min price 15c rounded" on 04:16:59 10/01/02 Tue That wouldn't make any sense---for you would be just breaking even----as you were issued convertible notes that you paid for---in Motorola's case it was 1.65--so divisable by 3 equals the 55c---if you received 16.5 mill odd---and still needed to get a further 6.2 million back--then there wouldn't be much point in selling at 15c---as then you would merely be breaking even---you would want at the end of the day to get 65 to 72c---in the longer term---or I'd say at least 31.5 in the shorter term--which would be at least the 29 to 31.5.
