Re:P Fogarty does not regard CAT as a competitor but as a potential supplier---CAT with Visa---have certain patents on the interopeable and multiapplication side---Macca from CAT---his idea for the CAT system is not to force it onto others but work in harmony (cause he doesn't want to go to court every five seconds).
CAT nad ERG have trialled a system together--which is called Transcard---after trialling it modifications were made--it was then called Transwizard---Welcome Realtime then took CAT to court claiming Transzwizard--infringed on them---the important thing to remember though is--that Transcard did not infringe---anyway---now working in harmony---Cat and Welcome Realtime---along with Cards (which was started with ex management leaving CAT) are all partners together. (Welcome took over Cyberpro--that has an alliance with ERG's Proton---the respective company's are all part of the global alliance scene.
