Legally, I believe, these tapes belong to Phils record company? If this idiot Paul stole the tapes, he should be taken to court and sentenced. In the article, Jorgen Holmstedt touches the subject of copyrights and money and so on. The bottom line is that there is not enough money to earn on Lizzy for anyone to bother about the legal mess surronding the Lynott/Lizzy material. He has been in contact with the record company. Their answer is that there are som legal problems with the Lynott material.
Anyone feel free to fill in information or correct me is I'm wrong.
