In contrast to I'd say 75% of the bootlegs out there, the MAHM sound quality is pretty good and the material is rare enough that it's been re-copied numerous times on more recent boots. As for some of the recordings you profess to like, I find them interesting listening, too. But, when I'm driving down the road in my rolling jukebox, Still Alive or Ghetto Woman is not what I'm going to have cranked to 11.
