Subject: 區就職典禮

昨晚去完區就職典禮, 5點係旅部出去, 地點係太子間警察會 PC club. 去到坐足 4 個鍾先有得食, 等到班仔和一班係咩好做既領袖發晒荒, 聽班什麼主席和會獎說三道四, 真係頂唔順. 仲有樣野好屎激氣, 今年竟然有領袖無木章可以o羅領袖獎勵! 睇到我眼都凸埋! 跟住個餐既菜色就唔好講啦, 我回家都食 cup noddle 既肚餓. 至於本團, 都有一個什麼服務獎季軍去安慰下班仔, 但係我唔覺有咩咁開心. 用 d 獎杯去派旅團. 唉 ~~~~~~~ 希望 07計劃可以有番 d 好既建議去改善下情況.

我星期六、日去左幫領導柴班，導師的嚴厲我都好欣賞，但班學員都幾可憐。大部份時間都玩團體精神遊戲，但唔好以為真的在玩，因為每次玩完一個遊戲都比啊SIR醒到飛起，啊媽都唔認得果隻。
以下是個人的專業意見和大家分享：領導才班是一個特別的訓練班，看似沒有童軍技能，其實她是一個真正的童軍技能。一個以個人思維學人生經驗的磿鍊，若安排十幾廿個團體精神的活動，其效果會相反，因為團體精神的訓練只會訓練出互相依賴和團結及沒有個人主義。這樣單純著眼在團體精神的訓練，而忽略了個人特質是否適合，如果改善及領導者的各方面要求等等，另模仿教授和模擬教學都是一個重要的訓練，既然我們有一班好領袖為何沒有一個好方法去培育接班人呢，團體精神當年是各團體、企業的熱門題目，但今天不再重要了，個人的才能遠比其重要和有效，我們可見日本和美國就是非常之好的典範了。
