Subject: 質素與要求

究竟d 細路的質素下降還是我們要求過高呢/？
本人的愚見係d 細路質素高左，而基礎知識不足，生活環境與質素有關。而我們對他們的要求只是當年領袖要求我們的要求而已。根本沒有提高，可以話係時代真的轉變了，和他們講電腦常識、講打機他們可以講得好精彩又到肉，但講童軍知識 ─ 唉......完全靜曬喇。

所以如果不斷只是教他們童軍知識，他們可能覺得非常之乏味，但又唔可以玩一D 他們鍾意的玩意，的確苦惱!!!
這正是年輕一代的需求與供應的問題，如果我們再比一些他們認為沒價值的東西，他們在有彈性的情況下會另選其他。
究竟怎麼樣的素材，才可以迎合他們又不損童軍運動的真諦呢？

我自己的做法是用刺激(定向/獨木舟)及多元化的戶外活動(遠足、露營、先鋒、甚至水槍戰...)留低班仔。減少不太受歡迎的步操及過量的營地紮作等活動。
服務方面，人肉佈景板不做，無聊典禮不做。幼兒及老人服務做，大型活動秩序控制做。
啊黎講得對，如果我們再比一些他們認為沒價值的東西，他們在有彈性的情況下會另選其他活動。

童軍運動的真諦在於教好佢地 ar ma , 童軍知識只是方法而已,
即使佢地學識好少又如何 , 即使佢地好勁又算什麼 ??

我見過一個 model scout , chief, 沙士都有,
童軍知識一定好勁 la

但我問過佢"會唔會做領袖" ,
佢既答覆係 "咁辛苦做咩 ar ?? 出力幫人免費教仔 ar ??"

咁樣既人既質素究竟係高定低呢 ?????
