我自己的做法是用刺激(定向/獨木舟)及多元化的戶外活動(遠足、露營、先鋒、甚至水槍戰...)留低班仔。減少不太受歡迎的步操及過量的營地紮作等活動。
服務方面，人肉佈景板不做，無聊典禮不做。幼兒及老人服務做，大型活動秩序控制做。
啊黎講得對，如果我們再比一些他們認為沒價值的東西，他們在有彈性的情況下會另選其他活動。
