一個團長的誕生要花上多少年的磨鍊呢？如果做一兩年副團長就上位，我並不祈望可以達到最底標準，除非他本人非常之努力，但是資源的配套一樣重要。
如果妳知道要負責任的話，妳已經有一定的概念了，因為有d人連咩野叫負責任都未知道呢？
