我記得在“雷霆救兵”中有一場講到，要派七個去救一個的時間，三柴問團長：旅部要奪取你的軍團。但團長回答：不，團隊不是我的而是軍隊的。
希望大家明白到同樣，我們並不要和童軍團講感情，這裡只是一個磨練的地方，無論我們曾經付出過幾多或幾寶貴的都不能有理想的回報。當日子長了，人長大了也許大家睇到更加多，根本好人和蠢人只是一線之差。當天他待你好因為你有利用價值，如今你已經不值分文，所以帶眼識人，或者令自己更加圓滑，圓滑到連自己都唔認得自己。

亞黎, 雖然識閣下你唔耐, 但都有2年啦, 而且大家既童軍理念和方向, 都比較接近. 加盟閣下既旅團, 唔會係一種委屈.

說老實話, 離開一個我長大既地方,都會唔開心. 但係在這幾天, 我明白到, 我需要多謝一班古老石山, 多謝佢地可以提早比機會我去其他地方發展新既童軍生活!

反而令我擔心的, 只是我班女既新生活, 同埋佢地考總領袖獎章既進度. 不過我會全力去協助佢地去完成目標.

領袖既安排, 可以遲一步傾. 而我既目標, 開 168th EKR B團, 我會同大家再詳細傾談, 希望有一個良好的方案.
