Subject: 討厭的表決

本人真的討厭表決，記得童軍團的特色是小隊制度，而在小隊中大小事務的決定權都是小隊長，同樣童軍團內大小事務的決定都落在團長手中，久而久之我習慣了當家作主了，當然這並不容易，因為要有能力承擔其後果，即是話把一生努力成果作賭注。
我唔覺得有問題，可能我有勇氣一力承擔，唔好話我聽大家投票決定會比較好，因為最後出左事，有份投票的人都各散東西，結果無人承擔。

亞黎, 在大家投票既情況下去表決事情, 如果出左事, 係需要集體負責. 而由一人作主, 當然都有好處! 各適其所, 並用在各不同場合.

姑姑, 做團長雖然唔易做. 但是姑姑妳現在有機會可以從做團長來訓練自己一番. 都未嘗不是一件好事呀! 努力吧! 如果有問題, 大可以拎出來請教大家, 來問問意見. 記得千萬不要灰心!
