亞黎, 在大家投票既情況下去表決事情, 如果出左事, 係需要集體負責. 而由一人作主, 當然都有好處! 各適其所, 並用在各不同場合.

姑姑, 做團長雖然唔易做. 但是姑姑妳現在有機會可以從做團長來訓練自己一番. 都未嘗不是一件好事呀! 努力吧! 如果有問題, 大可以拎出來請教大家, 來問問意見. 記得千萬不要灰心!
