尊敬就是，就算您面前的人在自己心中幾咁低能白痴都好，皆因佢比您高級，為了保存童軍的階級制度，我們都要尊敬他們，就如您的下屬尊敬自己一樣。
如果見到不及自己的高級領袖，可以不敬的對待，那麼錯的一定是您，對上級如是，對區、地域、總會一樣如是。由其在說話方面是先顧全自己也顧全旅團，不要口不擇言，事實是難以令人接受的話，就不講也罷了。
對大家都沒有好處的說話就不要再講了，有時候爭取別人的認同是重要，但衡量一下自己是否沒有錯失呢？如果唔能夠從中吸取教訓而有所改善，朋友：低能白痴的好可能是您，醒醒吧!!今天已經是2003年10月15日了，不是當年年青有為的您了，您如今應該比從前的您世故得多和成熟得多了。
