Subject: 領袖訓練與訓練領袖

本人雖然未有資格擠進領袖訓練的行列,但訓練領袖已經不少了,總覺得比訓練細路難千百倍,單是認同這個題目就已經教上十年廿年。
難道每一位成員都會完全認同總會的一切嗎?
再用MARKETING的角度一睇,那有這麼闊的定位,6-60歲都是我們的目標顧客,有成員的招募,亦有領袖的招募哪兒有總監的招募呢?
700萬人口的一個小島上有10萬童軍成員,平均70人有一個,是好事嗎?還未計非適齡組別,0-5歲及60歲以上者。可以50人有一個
在不理想的領袖和成員的比例下,我們可以頂得幾耐呢?重量而不重質的團體,還會有吸引力嗎?就講我們的最大賣點,獎章制度喇,也是一樣,要考上一百幾十個,在我做細路的年代有十個以上的已經是英雄了,如今只是一件最普通的事。為了吸引客仔又把標準要求自動調低。那麼本末倒置...唉••••
