Subject: 領袖訓練與訓練領袖

本人雖然未有資格擠進領袖訓練的行列，但訓練領袖已經不少了，總覺得比訓練細路難千百倍，單是認同這個題目就已經教上十年廿年。
難道每一位成員都會完全認同總會的一切嗎？
再用MARKETING的角度一睇，那有這麼闊的定位，6-60歲都是我們的目標顧客，有成員的招募，亦有領袖的招募哪兒有總監的招募呢？
700萬人口的一個小島上有10萬童軍成員，平均70人有一個，是好事嗎？還未計非適齡組別，0-5歲及60歲以上者。可以50人有一個
在不理想的領袖和成員的比例下，我們可以頂得幾耐呢？重量而不重質的團體，還會有吸引力嗎？就講我們的最大賣點，獎章制度喇，也是一樣，要考上一百幾十個，在我做細路的年代有十個以上的已經是英雄了，如今只是一件最普通的事。為了吸引客仔又把標準要求自動調低。那麼本末倒置...唉••••
