統一制服理應由總會發出指引，不應由地域層面作出，這會使不同地域有不同做法，如何統一，眼見有人在細路班中打基維爾巾，又如何呢，小弟不才，究竟總會有否指引如何配戴旅巾、綠巾和基維爾巾，不同場合不同身份的指引，如果沒有明確指引叫十萬大軍如何事好。
