無上黎一個禮拜，有噤多 Message，要上密的囉！

看到阿Mark老黎阿立比較不同地域攪嘉爾頓，說得質素參差，牙癢癢的。。。

不同地域的攪手和參賽者都抱著自已的理念參賽，質素天壤之別看似不公平，想深一層又理所當然。港島地域有特別多"老鬼"抱著維持"傳統技能"的心態攪比賽，好多無謂堅持，好的一面是製作認真，傳統得以保留，不好的一面是太重輸贏，不合時宜；另外港島又有較多有數十年歷史的傳統旅團參賽，好的一面是經驗資源豐富，不好的一面是要背著大大個包服，接受別人期望的目光。

以我的旅團為例，老一輩的想贏，校長旅長全力 "支持"，很多人很羡慕，誰知背後壓力多大，有多少人事關係要平衡。為了訓練，一般團集會冇人理了，團以外的活動冇參與了，區叫幫手，SOC叫幫手，都沒空理會。

我自己的理念是，有成績故然好，但最重要的是在訓練過程中，我找回一班幾乎離開了的舊童軍回來幫手，又訓練出一班未來領袖　－　要旅團好，不是單靠個人付出或傳統等，靠的是薪火相傳，train多的有歸屬感人，眾志成城。

阿Mark老黎阿立，有關嘉爾頓訓練事兒，有興趣出來詳談嗎？我打中文不快，面談可分享更多大家的心得。知無不言，言無不盡！

總括一句，一班咩人咪攪出咩野的比賽，咩野地域出咩人。
唔係長他人志氣滅自己威風，而係第五班馬的問題，唉.......
細路已經很努力，問題是旅團，區，地域都無能力，或者是一班不追求技能的人當權，又或者用了大部份時間去爭奪權力而兼顧不到，總之無奈。
