無上黎一個禮拜,有噤多 Message,要上密的囉!

看到阿Mark老黎阿立比較不同地域攪嘉爾頓,說得質素參差,牙癢癢的。。。

不同地域的攪手和參賽者都抱著自已的理念參賽,質素天壤之別看似不公平,想深一層又理所當然。港島地域有特別多"老鬼"抱著維持"傳統技能"的心態攪比賽,好多無謂堅持,好的一面是製作認真,傳統得以保留,不好的一面是太重輸贏,不合時宜;另外港島又有較多有數十年歷史的傳統旅團參賽,好的一面是經驗資源豐富,不好的一面是要背著大大個包服,接受別人期望的目光。

以我的旅團為例,老一輩的想贏,校長旅長全力 "支持",很多人很羡慕,誰知背後壓力多大,有多少人事關係要平衡。為了訓練,一般團集會冇人理了,團以外的活動冇參與了,區叫幫手,SOC叫幫手,都沒空理會。

我自己的理念是,有成績故然好,但最重要的是在訓練過程中,我找回一班幾乎離開了的舊童軍回來幫手,又訓練出一班未來領袖 - 要旅團好,不是單靠個人付出或傳統等,靠的是薪火相傳,train多的有歸屬感人,眾志成城。

總括一句,一班咩人咪攪出咩野的比賽,咩野地域出咩人。
唔係長他人志氣滅自己威風,而係第五班馬的問題,唉.......
細路已經很努力,問題是旅團,區,地域都無能力,或者是一班不追求技能的人當權,又或者用了大部份時間去爭奪權力而兼顧不到,總之無奈。
