Subject: 歡愉的童軍生活

Mark哥：
我個人認為如果我唔能夠給我的團員渡過一個歡愉而有進度性訓練的五年童軍經歷，咁我就是一個非常失敗的團長了。
而首先我本身的童軍經歷是否歡愉並不重要，重要的是我現在的生活是充實及歡愉的，這才可以把自己的歡愉帶給細路。
歡愉的童軍生活是要製造出來的，要花心思的，要安排的否則可以好係悶。
有時候真的要說〈對〉的話，要說比自己年長的話，誰人不會做錯和說錯呢？慶幸的是我們還是一隻小小的鵪鶉，並不起眼，也無須要甚麼下台階，但有D高貴的領袖們就截然不同了。

亞黎, [給予歡愉而富有吸引力之有進度性訓練] 係我地童軍支部既方法, 在我自己心中, 我盡晒力去完成身為團長既責任, 做既一切, 已經可以比班仔一個交代, 在有限既領袖人力資源, 和有限既物資支援下, 一切可以做既一都做晒. 現在既團務已經令我滿意, 如果有些尊貴既高級領袖再有其他不滿, 我都無能為力了. 可能看化一點, 跑出去看看! 等佢地自己做飽佢.

講滿意，不如講克服。的確要克服面前的困難才能成功，凡事都在挑戰我們，如果選擇逃避就注定失敗，人與人的關係全賴互相溝通和了解，可否成功克服關鍵就是能否突破自己，嘗試踏出第一步。

亞黎, 多謝晒閣下對我既欣賞, 我知道逃避唔係辦法, 不過最少要比其他人知道, 我唔係在佢地眼中是一個咁唔稱職既團長. 比佢地知道個團有今日既成績, 唔係我好彩, 而係我努力去做出來的結果. 而我希望有關既尊貴高級人士, 可以唔好將我來同 d 高級總監去比較. 我根本同 d 尊貴人士既等級有太大分別, 無得去比較. 我做好自己, 問心無愧便算.
