Dear Mark：
人生如戲、戲如人生。閣下對您的細路是非常之好我是睇得到的，如果有獎我一定第一個頒比您，眾使他們〈您的細路〉對閣下是萬分尊敬及感謝，都只是一半的成功。
記著 ─ 我們團長的角色是要連繫上下，如果只能顧上而不顧下又或者顧下而不顧上，這都不是上策。細路的目光時常都放在我們身上，我們的言行不可鬆懈。如果有天我們對上級不敬，那麼問問自己下屬如何尊敬自己呢？希望明白〈SAULT TO THE RANK, NOT SAULT TO THE MAN〉這個道理，可能閣下明白了之後睇法會有改變。我們有時候對著一些窩囊的上級時，要忍耐要合作，凡事以大局著想，要盡守本份。
童軍技能重要嗎？不!!!!因為技能再好的都只是叫您走上一條不歸的道路。平易近人才可以令大部份的人所接受，而且永遠保留著上進和可學習的空間才能使生活歡愉，如果有天自覺世上再沒有可學的，那天就可以升仙了。

聽亞黎一言, 好過上好多訓練班 ~~~~ 我明白到對上級尊敬的道理, 但係, 對佢既尊敬住住會換來更多的問題. 有 d 仔知道我根本係比我既尊貴既上級食住黎罵, 因為我本住對佢既尊重而不加解釋, 希望佢快 d 罵完, 快 d 可以再投入團既工作, 去搵好個團. 有時我又覺得, 識得到您地一班領袖, 一樣可以比到我一些新的童軍理念, 去改變我的一套古老既領導技考, 希望我既尊貴上級和我既老闆(下屬和成員)同樣接受. 大家一起玩得開開心心.
