要學的都學過，那個領袖不能隨口講出一千幾百種有關領導的技巧，可惜誰又能靈活運用呢，唔同的環境唔同的人物，配合唔同的策略，得宜者成功，看不通的失敗。
講到尾一切的關鍵都是在一個字〈人〉，有了人成功，同樣有了人就變成失敗，好好鑽研吧。
能夠改變一切的都是人!!!!!!
