無可否認這個是好文章，多謝妳在此與我們分享，文章中都大部份說中了，但不能完全足夠代入我們的實況，而我個人認為〈認同〉與〈接受〉是主要的問題所在，咩快熱、慢熱都是藉口，唯一我知道的是跟本自身不認同自己是一位領袖，等同鑽進一個死胡同，希望他們早日跳出這個黑暗期。!!!!!!!!!

只要你做過當中所有角色，你便會明白那個角色最好。但這並不代表你會選擇那個角色。

有趣的文章。
我想在童軍中，因為是自己的興趣及義務工作所帶來的成就感關係，大家都應該是很好的Team Player；但想一想平時工作，尤其是面對自己不太願意做的事情時，會不會有另一種正如花姐說的態度呢？
但願自己可以貫徹實踐良好的Team Player 態度。
