因為有D terms 唔係好明，所以我在公司Print出來，慢慢睇。
但係如果依這份報告為未來香港童軍活動作出改革，相信都幾大衝擊！

呢份報告其實否定部份不好但普遍的現況(例如室內+步操旅團)，睇落如果跟呢份報告做，成個運動會有很大的改變。
