當你睇著佢地長大，又高過你的時侯，可能他們已經成為你的朋友，甚至你的助手，還會過你的頭職位比你高，哈哈...
以上的我都一一經歷了，但千萬不要因此而自豪，因為他們的成功與否不是我們的努力，而是他們的努力和命運，我們只是在他們不濟的時候幫他一把和作出適當的扶助。
講到底我們都是默默耕耘的一群，哪裡有回報？就算沒有我們的角色他們同樣會成長，同樣會成為社會中有用的一群。
所以我認為我們的FOCUS要在問題個案上，幫助真正要幫助的，不可以輕易放棄任何一個成員，就算他是極之惡劣極之難教，這才真正的反映我們存在的價值。
