Subject: 昨晚飯局

回想昨晚的飯局真的平，五草野去邊道搵呀？
除了我們遇上了一位有辦法的班領外，我也遇上了一班非常要好的班中同學，我絕對相信大家很快就會成為顯赫一時的領袖。
原來上班是很好玩的，怪唔知得有人上完兩粒又上多兩粒，攪到都唔知有幾多粒，我並唔需要兩粒木只是需要有像大家一樣似的，業界朋友，互相支持和鼓勵，最終目的是為了回饋於下一代。
這個班非常之成功的地方是“售後服務”時下的一個熱門商業題目，的確比我一個錯覺這班是未完的，當然還有其他可取之處，但有人好想好想知道的並不是美言，而是真真正正的有甚麼地方可以改善，但這些真情對話有誰可以勇敢地說出，言官不再，這就正正反映了我們都是懂得這裡生存之道了。

可能另一主題為旅團之間分享資源，減輕大家壓力及提高效率。如大家能為自已及其他旅團舉辦活動或訓練，我想大家各方面的專才必然會給予各旅的團員們多元化之選擇。

立兄所言甚是，小弟亦有同感，所謂資源共用真的要實現，首先要大家消除門戶之見，童軍就是童軍並沒有分小隊、旅團、區會、地域甚至國家。
如果真的要清楚劃分如何有效地推廣，到頭來只會處處碰壁。
